Sharing one Solo password across an office is not allowed. Office plans use separate logins per clinician. You may start monthly and switch to annual later (Solo $39 → $390, or Office $119 → $1191) when you are ready — credit for unused months will follow normal billing rules once Stripe is live. Real subscription auto-charge (Stripe → Mercury) is not live until the Stripe account is opened. Until then, request access for the clinician beta. Display prices follow this Solo / Office lock.

1. What is Caydra?
Caydra is assistive clinical decision support for licensed clinicians. You enter a medication list yourself — outside the hospital chart if you want — and Caydra returns color-coded interaction severity, with source notes when available. Where available, it also surfaces FDA DailyMed label facts and curated food / supplement / OTC flags. It assists your judgment; it does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Gray (Unknown) means that pair is not yet scored — not that it is safe.
2. How does Caydra compare to other tools?
Many hospitals already flag interactions inside the patient chart. Those alerts live inside EHR workflows, often need IT setup, and are easy to miss in a busy day. Caydra is a standalone second check you run yourself: no hospital ticket, clear colors, source notes when available, and expanding drug-label and food/OTC context. Large consumer-style apps often bundle many extras (pill ID, formulary, coding) at a higher monthly price. Caydra stays focused on interaction support for the desk — assistive CDS for licensed clinicians — without asking you to replace your chart or your clinical responsibility.
3. Why does Caydra focus on this check?
Caydra is built for one job: helping a licensed clinician see interaction risk clearly on a multi-drug list. You get severity colors, and source notes when they are available, so you can judge the signal — not a silent pass/fail. When a pair is not yet scored, Caydra shows Unknown (gray) instead of implying “safe.” Coverage keeps expanding with FDA DailyMed label facts and curated food / supplement / OTC flags. The product is for licensed clinicians, assistive only, and designed so you keep the treating decision. We do not claim to replace your chart or your judgment. 4. Who can join?
Licensed clinicians. Patients and the general public are not offered checker access. Clinical advisors and reviewers are arranged separately by email — not as a public pricing tier. Right now we offer access in the United States and Canada; when we expand, we will open more regions.

Real Stripe auto-charge is not live yet; request access for the free month until Stripe and Mercury are connected.
7. Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. Start on monthly if you prefer. After one or two months (or anytime), you can switch Solo from $39/month to $390/year, or Office from $119/month to $1191/year. The same path works the other way if your billing rules allow it later. Exact credit for unused days is set when Stripe subscriptions go live — the intent is: monthly first is fine; annual when you are ready.
8. How do logins work for a Solo vs an Office plan?
Solo is for one licensed clinician with one personal login. If several clinicians in the same office need Caydra, the Office plan is the right fit — each person gets their own credentials. That keeps access clear for everyone and matches how the plans are priced. We don’t support sharing a single Solo login across an office.
9. Does Caydra diagnose?
No. Caydra assists licensed clinicians. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Missing data is not “safe.” You keep clinical responsibility.
